Crime rises in Walsall - here's the worst-hit neighbourhoods

A list of places ranked with the highest crime rates and the top three reported crimes for that area

There has been a rise in crime across Walsall, new police data has revealed.
West Midlands Police received 2,371 crime reports across the borough in March – the most recent data available, compared to 2,191 in February.
This was an increase over 8 per cent.
Violence and sexual offences remain the most reported crimes in the area
Blakenall
The area had 377 reported crimes – compared to 324 in February - with violence and sexual offences being the most common with 95 reports.
Another crime that received a large number of reports was anti-social behaviour, as there were 84 logged incidents.
Criminal damage and arson came third with 43 reports.
St. Matthews
St. Matthews saw a total of 362 crimes reported, which was a slight increase from January, where 312 reports were received.
Violence and sexual offences again topped the list with 105 reports.
Shoplifting had 53, and anti-social behaviour had 42.
Willenhall
There were 353 crimes reported in the area – 49 more than in February.
The most common was violence and sexual offences, of which there were 117 reports.
Second to that was anti-social behaviour with 46 reports, followed by criminal damage and arson, which had 40 reports.
Darlaston
Darlaston saw 252 reports in March, compared to 227 the month before
Violence and sexual offences again was the highest reported crime with 96 offences logged.
Vehicle crime received 34 reports, as did anti-social behaviour.
Brownhills
Brownhills saw a total of 233 crimes reported, compared to 212 in February.
Violence and sexual violence was the highest again with 77 reported offences, while there were 41 reports of anti-social behaviour and 27 reports of vehicle crime.
Aldridge
This area saw a drop in crime.
There were 228 reported crimes – 19 less than February, although violence and sexual offences remained the highest, with 71 reports.
Anti-social behaviour crime was the second most common offence with 29 reports, while burglary came third with 27 reports.
Bloxwich
A total of 219 crimes were reported in Bloxwich.
This was 16 less than police received in February.
The most reported crime was violence and sexual offences, with 82 incidents.
The second highest crime reported was criminal damage and arson with 27 reports, followed by anti-social behaviour with 24 reports.
Delves
Delves saw 192 crimes reported in March, compared to 181 in Febrruary.
Violence and sexual offences was the highest reported crime having 80 reports, followed by vehicle crime with 24 logged incidents and criminal damage and arson which had 17.
Pleck
The number of crime reported in Pleck was 155 – six more than in February.
Violence and sexual offences were still the most common reported crime with 58 reports.
This was followed by vehicle crime and burglary, which both had 18 logged reports.
