Owner Les Hurst said "We survive here as an Independent family owned restaurant mainly because of our fantastic staff. So we'd like to make a little gesture to the Thomas Cook staff in our area it's not a lot but it's the least we could do. Steak Rattle And Roll and our fantastic local butchers WT Hill & Son Butchers are offering this because we know how fantastic staff make a fantastic company. "
